Brian Pannebacker, a Shelby Township resident and UAW member, discusses a controversial amendment to the Michigan State Constitution that union bosses are trying to push for in the November election. If successful, this amendment would prevent elected officials from ever passing laws that limit government union contracts. If the measure passes, this could be a death sentence for Michigan’s economy.
