Why are you running for this office?
I believe that have the desire, Strength and Commitment to help make Chesterfield a better place to live.
What skillsets and real life experience do you have that makes you the best candidate for the role?
I have both a Military and Corporate Leadership experience of over 40 years. I have been involved in the township over the last 7 years as Beautification (7) Historical (3) committee member and Zoning Board secretory (3) years.  I have attended board meetings on a regular schedule for the last 6 years.
What are the top three issues you are concerned with for your district/municipality?
  1. Police & Fire Department Mileage
  2. Balanced Budget
  3. Improve land use bringing more business and residents to Chesterfield
What are the solutions you will bring forward if elected?
I would work with the board to find solutions to keep a balanced budget and operating the township by the most efficient standards and preserving the principles of good government. Success will depend on who is elected and the working relationship between the board members.
What specific measures will you take to maintain low taxes and less expensive, limited government?
  1. Reduce spending where possible.
  2. No raises for any board member or department heads
  3. Find ways to increase revenue. ( better land management)
  4. Have a economic development plan to fill the 100+ vacant industrial & commercial properties
  5. Possibility combining services with other local townships
If elected, what will you do to better promote transparency in government?
I would have an open door policy and improve the township web site and get better coverage of township meeting on TV
Have you received any endorsements?  If so, please list.

It is a program this country cannot afford and we as Americans should have the right to decide what kind of health insurance we want.

Pro Life
What is your position on the 2nd Amendment?
We must maintain our right to bear arms.

The public sector unions should come to realize that they must take cuts just as the private sector unions have had to; In  Chesterfield the unions have come to the table with no pay raises and some reductions in benefits. But more may be required in the future

State/County/Local Issues

No; We have enough in the state already

If a Bridge is needed; The project should be given to the highest private bidder

I support the Veterans and the Zoo Mileages. The DIA should be funded by Private and Corporate Grants. not tax the people.
