The next meeting of the RCNMC will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 7 p.m. at the Hamlin Pub located at 55076 Van Dyke in Shelby Township (Van Dyke and 25 Mile Rd.).
The primary election will only be a week away but we will start looking at preparing for the general election.
As Obamacare will now be a leading issue in the general election, our first topic for this meeting will be a review of the Supreme Court decision upholding Obamacare. Local attorney David Maquera will provide analysis on the court’s decision. We will also discuss how this impacts the upcoming election cycle.
Our second topic of the meeting will be Marksmanship Training presented by Victor Diaz, Coalitions Vice-Chair of the Michigan Republican Party. Marksmanship Training inserts a Marine attitude into the political campaigning ground game. It is a 45 second close that if used will increase the closure rate of door-to-door campaigners from the national average of 7% to 40%. Imagine improving your ability to get your candidate’s yard signs up at a clip of 10 to 20 per day per person. Would that impact the race? Would that motivate or demotivate liberals? Come to the training and spend an hour to increase your effectiveness by 570%.
From this night, there will only be 14 weeks until Barack Obama is removed from office on November 6!
Join us from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. for social hour and dinner from the fine Hamlin Pub menu.
